Fermentation

Yesterday I took a swig of day old soy milk that I left in my room. It tasted like yoghurt. If I wasn't so surprised by its sudden sourness I think I would've preferred it that way.

I use WordWeb. It's a free computer dictionary which has made looking up definitions of words so easy (it uses very little RAM and its hot key is Ctrl+Alt+W). Just now a survey box showed up and it asked how many times I've flown on a commercial airplane this past year. This was the first time it ever happened so I supposed it was one of their new ways of raising revenue. So I checked the box "2 or more commercial flights" (I flew to Taiwan last December, then went to Tazania. This past summer I took a plane to Samar). Then this popped up:
